Blogging Ottinger (tim)How odd. I guess you have to make sure that you have pre-tested your educational ideas on some other country before you try to give laptops to India.
I recommend we start at my neighborhood. There are lots of children, and we can keep them in free laptops for a few years and then measure the “damage” done.
