Blogging Ottinger (tim)The next time someone waxes rhapsodic about soaring with eagles, please remind them that eagles are very large and very powerful predators. They don’t soar because it’s stirring and beautiful and graceful. They soar because they’re looking for something to kill. Soaring with the eagles is not a pleasant experience like some would have us believe. I guess it’s appealing if you want to float around looking for things to kill, though.
