Um… and the point I guess is to keep bears out of the house? I assume the video is meant to be funny… But the humor is strained.
We have a cat who lives in our house named Bear, but she has acquired the appropriate level of fearful respect towards humans, at least in regard to me. I have that effect on cats.
Real bears are best dealt with by the application of large caliber, high velocity projectiles. Large numbers of such projectiles seem to be required on larger bears.

Indeed. I think the humor is in the surrealism. It reminded me of the “pointy stick” Monty Python skit in a way.
